PAR AVION - trio

the news flies through the air, it splits into all directions and splinters in the ears, and it flies wherever it desires… it howls and whines and booms and glides and sometimes it even sings quite softly…the air- mail of the dreamers…

The trio performs stylistically a very idiosyncratic improvised music, approaching free jazz….although you will find elements of classical, ethnic, and ambiance music there as well…

The trio was established in the summer of 2001 by Jaroslav Koran (drums), Petr Varju (saxophone, clarinet) and Petr Tichy (double-bass). It happened on the road to the concert of the The Forgotten Orchestra of the Dreamers while listening to the music of Gaivoronski and Volkov in the car….

The trio premiered in August, 2001 on the castle Krivoklat.
